What is Micro-Masterminds?

It's a professional network built for getting things done, not for showing off. Everyone here works in or runs a business. Your feed puts the posts you can help with first, and you can filter it down to just your topics. Help someone, ask for what you need, and get back to work.

How it works

Three ways to start a conversation

Post a Need

Something your business needs: a supplier, a contact, a skill, an answer. Peers who can help see it in their feed and reply.

When a reply solves it, mark it. That builds the helper’s reputation, and you can swap contact details privately.

"Need a reliable chilled-goods 3PL in Perth by next month."

Share an Offer

Something you can spare: a template, spare stock or equipment, meeting-room space, an hour of expertise.

People request it and say how they’d use it. You choose who gets it; contact details are only shared when you accept.

"Six bays of pallet racking, free to collect in Brisbane."

Start a Problem thread

A problem you want to talk through with people who’ve faced it: strategy, people, cash flow, compliance.

Add a quick poll to see what everyone else does. Results appear once people vote.

"How are you handling customers pushing for 90-day terms?"

Built around real help

Everything in the app

A feed that puts you to work

Posts you can help with come first: your topics, unanswered needs, and anything someone asked you to look at. Filter by topic or type, or show only posts nobody has answered yet.

Micro-Mastermind Circles

Small private groups of up to 8 people from different businesses, one seat per business, so you're never next to a competitor. A private thread and an optional monthly video catch-up.

Who could help?

Know someone who's dealt with this? Suggest them on the post. It goes to the top of their feed and into their daily email. Warm introductions in one tap.

"This solved it" and reputation

Reputation comes from answers that actually solved someone’s problem. Your profile shows your track record by topic, so people know what to ask you about.

Thank-you notes

When someone helps you, leave a short thank-you. It appears on their profile: the feel-good of a "like", but earned.

The Solved Library

Every solved problem is kept and searchable. Search before you post. While you write, we’ll show you anything similar that’s already been solved.

"We need this too"

Tap it on a need you share. It shows how many businesses have the same problem and helps it reach the right people, without becoming a popularity contest.

Quick polls

Add a poll to a problem thread ("What payment terms do you offer?"). One tap to answer, and you see the results after voting.

Private by default

Your email is never public. It’s only shared between two people when one of them chooses to connect: accepting an answer or an offer request.

One email a day, at most

No buzzing notifications. A short morning digest (only if something happened), plus a monthly recap of who you helped. Turn either off anytime.

Invite and vouch

Invite a business you trust. When they join with that email, they’re approved straight away on your recommendation.

Profiles and team pages

See who you’re talking to: their role, their business, how they can help and what they’ve solved. Business admins can manage colleagues and email domains.

On purpose

What we deliberately left out

Most social apps are designed to keep you scrolling. We designed this one around getting real problems solved.

  • Likes and follower counts
  • Algorithms that reward outrage
  • "Who viewed your profile"
  • Cold direct messages
  • Anonymous accounts and bots
  • Notifications designed to nag

Trust built in

How joining works

  1. 1

    Sign up with any email

Use your work email and you’ll be linked to your team automatically. Gmail or Outlook works too.

  2. 2

    We check your business

The first person from a business registers it with its official registration number (ABN, Companies House number or NZBN). Anything we can’t confirm automatically is checked by a person.

  3. 3

    Colleagues join automatically

Anyone with a verified email on your business’s domain can join your team. Admins can add domains and remove people who’ve left.

Members can report anything that doesn't belong. Content reported by several people is hidden until a moderator reviews it.

Put it on your phone

No app store needed. Install it straight from your browser: it gets its own icon and opens full screen like any other app.

Android

Open this page in Chrome and tap Install app (or menu ⋮ → Install app).

iPhone & iPad

Open in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar.

Questions

Who can join?

Anyone who works in or runs a business, from sole traders to large teams. Sign up with any email address; add your business number if you have one and your business shows as registry-checked.

How much time will it take?

As much or as little as you like. Filter your feed to the topics you know so every post is one you can help with, and you’ll get at most one email a day. It’s designed for a quick check-in over a morning coffee.

Who can see my details?

Other verified members see your name, role, business and the posts and replies you write. Your email is never shown publicly; it’s only shared with someone when one of you accepts an answer or an offer request.

My business isn’t in Australia. Can I join?

Yes. Businesses in the UK and New Zealand register with their Companies House number or NZBN, and businesses elsewhere are reviewed by our team.

Can my colleagues join too?

Yes. Once your business is verified, anyone with an email on its domain can join. Each Circle has only one seat per business, so your colleagues will be in different groups from you.

What if someone posts something inappropriate?

Use Report on any post or reply. Our moderators review reports, and anything several members report is hidden straight away while it’s checked.

Real problems, solved by real peers.

Help someone, ask for what you need, and get back to running your business.
